I offer a 10 minute free phone call consultation. Fees for sessions and/or evaluations can be discussed at that time.

Payments of either cash, check, or credit card are collected at the end of each session.

If you have insurance that offers out-of-network coverage for counseling, I will be able to provide you with appropriate documentation for reimbursement.

At this time Sense of Hope Mental Health Counseling, PLLC is accepting Aetna, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare insurance for psychotherapy only. Co-payments are collected at the end of each session.

Cancellation policy

Due to the need to hold your scheduled time as well as the clinical process, a $75 fee will be charged for any missed session without 24 hour notice and a full session fee will be charged for any missed session without notification and/or for any session cancelled within two hours of the scheduled session time or a no show for a session, however exceptions will be made for sudden emergencies.
